Ordering Guidelines ~

To Order Mattes, please have the following information:

Outside dimension of matte (frame size).

Inside opening size - NOT image size. We suggest you allow 1/4" to 1/2" smaller than your image size so the print edges are covered. (Please account for the mat on all four sides) All measurements should be given in inches.

Color - Top mat first, middle, bottom, etc. (Please give both the color name & number so we are able to double check it for you).

All double mats (and over) are taped together with a 1/4" reveal of the under mats showing unless otherwise specified by customer. You choose the reveals to fit your picture!

Quantity per color and size.

Special instructions, corners, v-grooves, clipart, etc.

Diagrams or sketches are required for multi-openings mattes - please fax to: (970) 835-8640 and/or email to: info@mattesandmore.com.

*Faxing and/or emailing reduces any questions we may have on your order.

Note: All colors are Crescent or Bainbridge unless otherwise requested. Check out Larson-Juhl’s Artique line and competitive pricing on conservation quality mat board. Extra turn around time may be required for board not in stock. Mat board is delivered weekly Wed-Fri. Orders to be placed Mon-Wed 11:00 a.m. MST. Please note Larson-Juhl orders are only placed on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. for delivery to our shop on Thurs.

New Wholesale Customers:

Resale ID number required for wholesale customers.

New customer orders are sent COD or Credit Card. (COD fees applicable)*

Visa, MC & Discover accepted, please have card ready when ordering.

*Credit applications must be filled out and verified for a Net 30 account.

Remember, ALL mats are cut to YOUR specifications with NO minimum order.

Allow 7 to 10 working days for your order to be shipped from our facility. Remember to allow for shipping time on top of that. Rush orders and expedited shipping are available, please call for applicable fees.

Orders may be placed by mail, fax, phone or e-mail.

We always choose the method that best serves the customer. Domestic shipping is through UPS, Fedex and Common Carrier (truck) depending on weight and distance.
